They ignore phone calls on purpose, I called 9 times and watched the cashier ignore it each time. When I confronted her she started stuttering and you would’ve thought the manager would’ve been better….No the manager was worse. Go to a different location
The food there is okay but the service is very horrible… The husband of the owner that wears glasses and can barely speak English is very rude and disrespectful. We placed an order from there all of the time but this one time where the Wings were not fresh and they put the wrong sauce on there when we asked for Mild they put hot but when ask to remake it he caught an attitude stating that they can’t correct their wrong doings… Even told us not to come back..
Chinese lady Ignorant as hell !! Hanging up on people when I call for no reason. Acting ignorant and refusing to serve me when I got there and asked why ..then told her male coworker to escort me out instead of taking my order. Hung up on me twice wasn’t expecting me to come into the location. Refusing orders and service is so unprofessional and ghetto . I’m The cashier was rude short demanding she made the whole experience was a chore every part of the way she was being a pain to encounter I asked her to hold my cup until I get my food she said she couldn’t do that I said fine I asked her to give me a peach drink and I was going to get ice after that’s a problem too because then she would have to wipe off the drink machine it basic food service to wipe it off regardless if I use it or not so it felt as if the lady was just be difficult and problematic disgusting attitude an... read more
The front desk got my order wrong and won’t give me a new order. I saw 3 RATS in the back while I was there. This place is ghetto, and very very unprofessional. I can’t even get a refund. I saw 3 rats in the back. Don’t waste your money on it!
