I’ve been a regular customer here for a while, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I simply asked for my order to be corrected, and instead of receiving help, I was met with disrespect and called out of my name. The staff, who appear to be mostly very young, came across as unprofessional and rude. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service, because this is not the experience loyal customers should have.

I called at 7:40 and couldn’t place an order. They close at 8. I went in at 7:50 and they said they were closed and the grills were turned off. They need to put a sign up that says they close before 8. Time wasted.

Not like it used to be! The girl at the counter had the personality of a wet dish rag. Had to basically force her to speak. Couldn't leave her phone alone. If you are that miserable at your job go home! Don't get drinks from the coke machine. The machine and stand were filthy. The wall behind the machine was filthy. Food is good. The service is a pain just for asking for dipping sauces. Depending on who's working, you can get more or they charge you for every single one.
