I witnessed some extremely unsanitary practices during my visit. The cook was wearing gloves but repeatedly scratched his face with them on. He then continued to handle food and touch the foil used for serving fries with the same contaminated gloves. No glove change, no hand washing. Meanwhile the cashier was wearing gloves while swiping through her phone, then placed it back in her pocket and immediately began making a sandwich touching the ham and bread with those same gloves. Im in town for a game and decided to stop and try this spot. I have to say I totally recommend it. Food was so good. I got fried rice, Fried shrimp and a Philly cheese steak was fire. My frimds got Hot wings salmon sandwich and shrimp fried rice. Going back for more before we head out to phx.
