I just received my DD. The first thing I noticed was they wrote on my cup and said “hola Brittany” I just knew my food would be great and I was right. The drinks also had tape on them which I greatly appreciated. My wings were perfect. I wish it was a better combination between wet and dry lemon pepper. The rice was perfect too definitely getting that next time. Thank you to the cooks!
Don’t get me wrong I love American Deli Wings and Fries.. stick to it!!!!!. Despite the reviews at this location I tried the fried rice!! The fried rice is trash it taste like white rice cooked old soy sauce. My daughter tenders was burned , the cashier told the cook he just looked and didn’t offer to remake them… my first bad experience with this company. Disappointed 😔
Mannnn these folks service so terrible got some little girls in the front with no customer service skills raising their voice at the chefs in front of customers. Obviously orders are coming out wrong from the kitchen, dont expect too much from American Deli but this one is all time bad though.
