Terrible customer service at drive thru and won’t be back! Order took 30mins in drive thru girl got mad because I asked how much long it would be and said pull up I’ll bring it to you. Absolutely not! I’ve already been waiting so I asked for a refund instead she told me it’s coming now still waiting 5-7 minutes. All while they are dancing, talking and combing their hair while bagging the food 😷
Just left American deli 07/30/2026 and seen two roaches crawling in the lobby. I let the ladies know behind the counter and they just started laughing. I will never step a foot back in there again and I’m also reporting them. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
This is my second and last visit. They want to make money but do not provide customer service. I placed a phone order. Picked it up, it was wrong and my lettuce was brown on salad . I called she says no big deal bring your receipt we will replace it. First and foremost, im sorry to customer, is sufficient. No need I will not be coming here anymore. Order taker, take your orders completely. I visit American Deli at least every other week. Not this facility again. Thank you
