Gus the owner of the anvil block location is amazing he fixed a different stores error with no hesitation with apologies on behalf of American deli .. this location is my favorite service is amazing friendly and good always great . My girls her Emily H , Candace yuri and Nisa best front counter and cooks always on point.. thanks always

White girl with long hair messed my order up and I was pissed
I come here everyday LITERALLY 10pc combo half honey garlic half hot Extra crispy 3 times extra wet. The customer service USE TO BE GOOD. Now they have new girls upfront that don’t take ANY call ins. You would think it’s busy but NO I was placed on hold twice for more than 10 min each. When I arrived to the store while STILL ON HOLD. The girl is in the front NO CUSTOMERS EATING FOOD AND LAUGHING LIKE SOMETHING FUNNY. God take my legs now if I’m lying this is sick and disgusting.
