I went to American Deli on Booth Road in Warner Robins, GA, today, Saturday the 14th. I called 30 minutes in advance to have a combo ready when I arrived. Despite this, I waited another 10 minutes after getting there, only for them to just start my order once I paid. This is the third time this has happened. Had the Beef Philly with xtra veggies. It was phenomenal. However, I also had the 5 piece lemon pepper wings. They were all lemon and absolutely no pepper🤦♂️. My 1st time there so I'll give them the benefit of my doubt. That's the only reason I didn't give them an overall 5Rating.
It was okay. It was me & my family's 1st time eating at American Deli, so we expected it to live up to the hype. It was okay! The staff wasn't very eager. They seemed ready to go home, lol. The wings are fairly small. My cheese steak was good, but the bread falls apart! Overall, it was good, but the service was okay!
The older gentleman’s customer service was top tier.. couldn’t.. not make this post. Welcoming greeting, smiled, and asked was the food correct before exiting. And as always the Philly was full and delicious
