AmerDec has been engaged to do painting and wood replacement on a townhome community that I manage. They have been extremely professional, hard working, prompt, and do extremely good work even while dealing with several challenges from the local municipality and some of the residents. They are making great progress in assisting this community after several years of deferred maintenance. Thank you so very much. Keep up the good work!! Amazing!! Work is being done currently in my townhouse community. Hard working from 7:00 AM to at least 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday. Saturdays they work from 7:00 AM to at LEAST 2:00 PM. Very hard workers!! The workers are VERY detailed and focused in doing the project assigned to them with EXCELLENCE. In my area, it has been a 3 yr project.
