Really customer service oriented company I always liked working with them because customer service is the number one priority and I appreciate that because a lot of the times they know more than you and they recommend and make good judgment calls on previous or plastic parents that have had with customers and they're amazing.

This company is yet another example of honest, quality businesses that thrive thanks to Yelp. After searching for blinds companies I contacted American Decora for a quote and quickly got a text from Chao and we set up a free consultation for the following day. Chao was on time and thorough, even suggesting a way to save us some money by finding the right blinds that fits our house design, I told Chao that we are have more quotes coming next week and he set up a follow up date with no sales pressure.
