Georgi was referred to us by two of our neighbors. He was super responsive and got our service scheduled quickly. His team even came out early on a Saturday morning to make sure they has time to get the job done. The repairs and resealing of our balcony turned out great and just in time before the first rain!

Price was okay for what they done this company caused me too much stress with his emails
Georgi gave me a great price for the waterproofing of the walkway for our apartment building. They patched and repaired as needed with no additional charge. Although Georgi he said his company might not be able to do the job until 2 months later, they were able to start the job 1 month later. Rene and Pedro did an awesome job. The walkway turned out looking new with 15 years warranty. No more worry about cracks and leaks, thanks!
Had American decking come by and do my deck. Overall, they were very fast. It took about 2 1/2 days to do about a 350 square-foot deck in Palos Verdes. Georgi, the boss is great at coordinating things being very clear setting expectations and honoring what he promises. Also, his guys specifically Renée Was excellent very efficient and kept demo very clean without destroying the landscape or the siding of the house.
