Wow, this team did an amazing job with a difficult, 3rd floor deck replacement. They replaced all the decking with composite decking, installed waterproofing tape on top of the joists and made sure the foundation was solid.. all 3 stories up. I selected them from two vendors, both because of the 30+ years of experience, and their cost was lower than another vendor (who would only do it with a lift). Highly recommend, check out the pre and post pics!!

Mike very helpful, answered questions made few helpful ideas to consider on deck replacement. All set with American Deck anxious for start date to arrive. Coming down the home stretch, bunch of changes but guys keep chuggin' a long. Looking great!!!

The entire team at American Deck and Patio were very professional, skilled, and easy to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. I strongly recommend them for your deck and screened in porch.
