We worked with American Deck to replace most of our aging deck. Sean was great listening to our needs, explaining all the elements, and developing a comprehensive project plan. The process was great and the results are outstanding. His crew also completed some needed masonry work and addressed a tricky under-deck issue over a shed, integrating an attractive and effective solution. Since that major project, we've called on Sean for his guidance with other needs and he's been very responsive and helpful.
I’m very happy with the patio project by American Deck & Patio for the following reasons: 1) the entire process is very professional. We recently had our deck and fence done by American Deck and Patio, and we couldn’t be happier. Sean helped us select TimberTech decking, a solid choice - high-value, budget-friendly. They added a decorative lattice topper to our fence at no extra charge just to ensure that it was the height that we wanted. Their attention to detail and commitment to the best value was much appreciated. Highly recommend!
I replaced the mortar that was failing in my patio and walkway. Sean came out walked me through the process; we agreed on a fair and reasonable price. He had a team out the next day and was completed in three days. Work is excellent and backed by a 5-year warranty. I happily recommend American Deck & Patio to anyone thinking about stone work or repair.
We have a deck that was updated around 2000 but has elements dating back to the original construction in the ‘40s, so it is not a 100% straightforward project. We obtained three bids to replace decking and screen in a covered portion of the deck. American deck was not the most expensive, although they were not too far from the highest bid.
