The shipment was initially delivered to the wrong address, causing more than a week of delays while they reshipped it. That mistake forced us to reschedule work on our end and created unnecessary inconvenience. I ordered a “new”set of chipper blades and received old rusted used blades that were just sharpened. After calling them they said they’d call me back to fix this the next day. never got a call back.
