We were ordering consistently & seemed fine. Then a salesman tried to 'help' is & our blades were sent to the wrong address so we had to pay double shipping to get them to location. Then i6 ordered a large order, separately as to keep PO's different, & some lady (which is using the I'm me here excuse, but she's been there months) cancelled all my orders? The shipment was initially delivered to the wrong address, causing more than a week of delays while they reshipped it. That mistake forced us to reschedule work on our end and created unnecessary inconvenience. Months later we were contacted and told that due to a clerical error, we supposedly still owed the original payment that had already been made online when the order was placed. I ordered a “new”set of chipper blades and received old rusted used blades that were just sharpened. After calling them they said they’d call me back to fix this the next day. never got a call back.
