I have just completed my second project with American Custom Hardscapes. First was a pool deck and this one was a foundation and slab for an addition. From my very first contact, Daniel, Cheryl and Julie have been extremely responsive and professional. They did exactly what they promised and provided a high level of customer service. I met the owner and he seemed very nice and personable. We discussed the work I'd like to have done and he said he would have a quote to me in a few days. After not hearing anything back, for about 10 days, I reached out to see if they still planned on sending a quote and was assured I should see something within a day or two, as they just hadn't gotten to my project yet. **Terrible Experience - Do NOT Use This Company!** I would give zero stars if I could. This company is an absolute disaster. After initially showing interest and giving me a quote, they seemed promising—until I paid the deposit. Once I handed over the money, everything went downhill. Very competitive price point. Great and straightforward communication, including the upfront estimate. Quick and very good quality work. Would highly recommend! And I've used other stamped concrete contractors in the area, and these folks are the best I've come across.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this company to warn others. I recently hired them to install a concrete patio at my home, and what should have been a straightforward project turned into a series of frustrating, dishonest interactions.
