We had an awful experience with this company!! They were to strip & reseal our patio. They came Thursday & power washed it & said they would be back Friday. No one showed up on Friday, called & was told someone would be there Saturday. No one came Saturday. Called Monday & was told someone would be there at 2:00. Guess what?? NO ONE CAME!!! I called them & told them to forget it!!! So unprofessional, so not called for! I will NEVER call this place again!!
American Custom Concrete was reliable and easy to work with. They did an excellent job on the patio at my house and it looks amazing. The crew is also friendly and always willing to answer questions, especially Javier. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a smooth experience and great work!
Excellent! We never had a walkway to our front door. We contacted American Custom Concrete to install a 4' wide walk. We just wanted a plain brushed walk. They did an excellent job! Now I can get to the front door without walking in the grass! At the same time they installed a brushed cement patio (huge). We had previously laid pavers in the back yard. I may update this to 5 stars once they completely finish the job. These guys were cheaper than the 2 other places I checked, but so far good quality work. They showed up one day and prepared the area, and the next day poured, stained and stamped the pattern into the concrete. Prior to this I went by their office and picked my color, pattern, and was told exactly what work they would be doing. Current I have no complaints and their guys really work hard.
