We used Pauls services, because we have missed an original appointment for delivery and it had to be rescheduled to another day. As we are from Illinois we didn't want to bring the product back to il and then deliver again to mi.. Paul not only delivered this, even though the load was really messed up and had loose pallets, he also restacked and organized the load so there wouldn't be any issues at the delivery. “I called this company today to offer professional janitorial services and the man who answered was extremely rude. As soon as I started explaining why I was calling, he told me to shut up and hung up on me. I tried to call back 13 times to resolve it and they refused to answer, it just goes straight to voicemail every time (I have screenshots showing this). Very unprofessional way to treat anyone who is just trying to do business, and it makes me question how they treat their customers and workers too.”

Great experience with American Cross Dock! Our load arrived with shifted product, and their team handled it quickly and professionally. They shoveled and hand-sorted casting parts, which is a very time-consuming and hard job, but they took care of it without any issues. They reworked the freight and secured everything properly. Communication was smooth, and the cost was very fair. Highly recommend their service!
