This service provider was called in to repair a Sundance spa. They attempted to conduct a continuity test on a live 220VAC circuit. They incorrectly installed the flow switch by miswiring it and reversing the direction of the flow switch. They said that the board has failed. I called to get an estimate for a repair on my hot tub, after calling a few other companies who gave pricing and turnaround times. This company was the only business who was unable to answer my questions, did not have any pricing schedule, and said point blank "I have no idea, I would have to talk to my boss who is not in."
