Covenants have 11 pages of what you can't do. IMO excessive. County rd leading to the sub division is in bad shape and turns into gravel at the entrance. Lots are narrow. Located "out there" but quiet and looks nice. When covenants state " no working on engines on any lot" and does not allow for this behind a closed garage door, add restrictions on shop size and height. One needs to tape a copy of what is not allowed to the wall and reference it before breathing.
Hey they have a large selection a beautiful building sites out in the country but still few neighbors around not bad
