American Countertops has been my go-to for years—and with good reason! They originally installed my Silestone® countertops 15 years ago, and when I recently updated some cabinets, they came back out to carefully remove and reinstall the countertops without a hitch. The crew was polite, professional, and clearly skilled, just like every experience I’ve had with them. *****UPDATE NOVEMBER 1ST 2024***** Most reviews for this company are bought and are not real. This company will take your money, screw you over install discounted, crappy, cracked, countertops and not stand behind their craftsmanship, products or warranty. ****************************************** This company installed granite countertops in my new home in Lithia Florida for Homes by Westbay. Avoid this company at all costs. The ONLY reason we used them was because our builder was contracted with them. Their craftsmanship is poor. Their customer service is poor. It takes weeks to get an email back. Our quartz backsplash was installed upside down. Our waterfall island was installed backward. None of the veining lined up even though they sent a template for approval prior to completing the work. We noticed a hairline crack when moved in that was visible at the corner of the sink.
