We just had new Caesarstone countertops installed in our kitchen by American Countertop Fabricators. Samuel did an amazing job. The installation went very smoothly, on time and complete. This company is great to do business with. They have a really nice showroom, and Janet is very professional and knowledgeable. Working with American Countertops has been a nightmare from the beginning! The owner is hard to deal with and not very good at communication. We had our countertop and backsplash done with American Countertop and specifically had the following issues: 1. The first issue arose when they sent a person to do a measurement for the countertop and backsplash. For some reason this person only did the measurement for the countertop.
