Great place to work for Tolerant Guards. Not for the newb.
Truck driver pulling out of ITS terminal on pier G I do have a trained service animal (not epileptic or diabetic obviously not blind) he is properly registered and documented. Security and their supervisor detained me for 2 hours (repeatedly asked to leave at this point) demanding access to sensitive health records. I provided his registration ID card, Was resolved when police were called. The “guards” were level 1 “observe and report capacity” and the detention was illegal.
