There supervisors, staff or patrol persons drive like idiots. One of their staff almost caused an accident on an LA area bridge over water, which could have been very serious. Any and all efforts to reach upper management failed, they are unresponsive and irresponsible and HR and front office staff are ignorant and evasive. If you're looking for a serious and professional security service, you should skip this one.
Its unionized internal. So there's no rep. As well don't agree to an On Call position. Its horrible. They make shift changes without notice. They fill the schedule for convenience to the company first. I have a work injury now & they care less about accommodation to provide work in a place not to create more injury. One of the leads who schedules employees says On Calls don't get or deserve days off or weekends. Feels privileged to change schedules within an hour after you last checked. Total BS.
