I sent a technician here to buy parts for or a new flush valve. He arrived about 4:45PM. Store would not even attempt to find the parts he was looking for, showed him out of the building and locked the door. If you need parts, Might want to look elsewhere, unless they're your last option. Because even at that, they aren't a good option.
Very reliable company and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the right replacement parts and that they shipped in a timely manner.
I had such a good customer experience with ACAB. I ordered online and the parts that were sent were the incorrect parts. When I reached out I received an immediate response from Alexia. She got to the bottom of the problem and had me return the parts for a full refund (including shipping). She then had me reorder the parts giving me a code for free shipping. Best of all, she followed up until she knew I had the correct parts delivered. Great service!
