Fast, honest, and effective. We had a roof leak and they diagnosed and repaired it quickly without trying to upsell us. Hard to find that kind of honesty these days. Will be calling them again when it’s time for a full replacement.
I needed a complete reroofing of my house and got three quotes to evaluate. I chose American Cool Construction to do the job. The Owner/Contractor David Saruhanov came out to meet me and discuss the project. He offered much more than the other two bids I got and he was very specific of the job they would do. What was most important to me was the warrantees, which he offered 25 year warranty for workmanship, and 50 warranty from GAF for any materials that should not hold up.
