Our house was built in 1901, we had the asbestos contaminated Montana Vermiculite in our attic, We needed to do a Renovation to save the house. Very Pleased with every aspect of how this company handled getting back quickly, showing up on time, a clearly written proposal, also afterwards, sending a "Paid in full" receipt. The Abatement took 3 days, an air test on the 4th, the Guys did a fantastic Job. We had TONS of this stuff in our attic, 2 Truckloads at least. It is not something everyone will need but if you ever have a problem with Asbestos in your home this is the place to call. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to come out and give you a quote ASAP. When you hear Asbestos it can be scary but this company has been great and walked us through what will need to be done and how they plan on completing the job all while keeping the rest of your home safe. If you are looking to buy a home that has asbestos and are hesitating to make the purchase, give Derek a call. He was timely in providing me an estimate (during the inspection phase). The team came in as scheduled and completed the work on time. They returned every call and email. I highly recommend them!
