If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. They are extremely unorganized, they misrepresent what they offer, and when you try expressing your dissatisfaction, they send threatening emails and letters instead of trying to work with you- letters that say they "You are a valued ACS client," but then turn around to say "litigation will be instituted against you" in the same paragraph. Look up how many complaints they have on the BBB website before signing anything with them. There's a reason there are so many.
