I agree with the other review:They are nearly impossible to reach, they rarely show up for appointments on time or at all, they are pretty much oblivious to any communications we have with them, and seem almost passive-aggressive in their unavailability and spruceness in communication.They also accept payment for (as most recent example) submitting crucial forms to the state and then not doing so for months, despite dozens of phone calls, most of which go to voice mail and are not responded to.Most recent example was a check... read more

American Consulting Engineers and Surveyors have been working on a project of ours in **********, **. When you can reach them, they are always polite and friendly. However, in our experience, reaching them is nearly impossible. They do not return emails or phone calls and let important deadlines pass without connecting.They also seem to wait until the very last minute before working on something that needs to be done, and then seem to forget all of the communication that has taken place up to that point.
