They are now out of business, thank God. Everyone talks about the nightmare of pool companies, but few understand how much of a nightmare Bill Foster truly is. We are fortunate my husband managed the project so well. Our pool is 95% complete, but was an absolute nightmare. I hope Bill Foster is never allowed to own a business ever again. Also looks like more legal trouble for Bill.
