I would not recommend American Concrete Company based on our experience. We paid the company we hired for our concrete work, yet we were later put in the middle of a payment dispute involving American Concrete. Instead of resolving the issue directly with the contractor they did business with, a mechanics’ lien was placed against our home, creating an enormous amount of unnecessary stress for our family. Be aware- this company will put a lien on the homeowner if the homeowners contractor does not pay this company.

If contractors do not pay this company, American Concrete & Precast goes after the homeowners and threatens to file a lien on their homes within 2 weeks, regardless of if the homeowner has paid the contractor in full.

They decided to block our entire dead-end road trapping me and other neighbors who were trying to get to work. I beeped after waiting and watching them grinning and laughing at me. Their only response was to beep back at me repeatedly and laugh some more. The laughing stopped when a State Trooper also needed to get by. Instant Karma by blue light. 😂 Made it worth the few minutes I was late to work just to see it.
