Very unhappy with the unprofessional customer service response to a massive error on their part, which they are refusing to correct. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and find a company that is professional.
I’ve never dealt with a company like this! The lady running things is not nice. She was calling me names on the phone. We spent good money and didn’t get what we wanted at all. The owner refused a refund and refused to move the cement she dropped on our land! Do not go here!!!
Horrible company! They put two 4000lb blocks in had ordered in the wrong place then proceeded to refuse to correct it and move them. Not to mention extremely rude customer service and was told nothing can be done. Go anywhere else but this place.
Will never do business with them again. Women was rude and very hard to work with !!
Our septic pump went bad and they had someone out to fix it the next morning. The owner was very helpful and helped me troubleshoot it when I called. Helpful and friendly folks.
