Our septic pump went bad and they had someone out to fix it the next morning. The owner was very helpful and helped me troubleshoot it when I called. Helpful and friendly folks.
Jason Springer showed up at my build site and gave me some great advice. Folks at the plant were very nice and helpful. Sharp looking products. I will be ordering two sets of steps soon. Military discount is offered. 5 to 6 week lead time for installation.
While I did not end up buying from this company (Due to limited inventory of an obscure item). They were willing to go above and beyond to help me find another company to complete my project. Great people!
