Fraud – We went doen the road of purchasing a $9,000 stamped concrete patio and sidewalks with American Concrete Corp. The owner Pete Costello came by and gave us a quote and when we met with him things seemed to be pretty normal. However after we had given him our deposit of nearly $2,000 he did very little work and just stopped returning our calls.
