Brandy is HORRIBLE!! I can’t believe she still has a job. She was so rude and unprofessional, when I came to leave a review I noticed most of them are about her and I can see why. I recommend NO ONE come here for they are very unorganized and lie all the time. Also the owner (Walt) is very rude and it’s clear he doesn’t care about helping people. The therapist I dealt with was amazing and feel fell horrible that they have to be around people like that. TRUST THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
I rarely write bad reviews but I NEED to warn people about this trashy, unethical practice. I'm absolutely appalled by how I was treated by the office lady Brandy and the owner, Walter Dimitroff. They were so unbelievably rude and callous to me all over a simple insurance question. Walt would rather hang up on you than resolve a problem! And Brandy is simply a miserable person. I've never dealt with more of an unprofessional business owner. I'm a very reasonable and understanding person but my interactions with the admin tea... read more
