William had great communication, was very prompt, very knowledgeable, and very fair with his prices as well.
I called they came over that day they checked the furnace and needed to be replaced he said he could come over the next day install a new one he noticed no heat in the house he went to a shop and got two space heaters kept the house warm that was very nice do not the job was finished that day and it works great note the old furnace was original the inside was all cracked and not safe to operate.
Needed emergency service on our furnace as we woke up to no heat! Called 3 other reputable companies that promote 24hr emergency service. 1 never answered their phone, and the other 2 were merely am answering service, and said someone will contact me after 8am! This was at 5:30am! A friend of mine has used American Comfort Services a few times and gave me his recommendation and their contact info. Not only did they answer their own phone (no mssg service), they dispatched a technician right away and I was back up and running... read more
