We had a leak on our drain lines caused by squirrels. James was at our home within 2 hours to locate the leak and take care of things for us, along with some additional advice. We will continue to use this company.
I have been a customer now for about 10 years, and cannot recommend ACE enough! I started with dire need for service of an old system in August, and they got to me in a couple of days. I became a contract customer right then, and had my whole system replaced a few years later at a great price. Knowing that my HVAC is in tip top shape in Houston is a necessity, and ACE has given me that peace of mind. Great people, great service. Highly recommended!!!
I don't normally give a review on sites, but I have to say James was impressive. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and give knowledge solutions. If the rest of the staff is like James I would highly recommend American Comfort Experts to anyone that has an AC problem. I am now enjoying the air conditioner working properly right thanks to James.
