The guy below me wrote about fifteen reviews all on the same day, I think he owns an a/c business so I wanted to review ACE. Let me tell you, the a/c went out on a Sunday night, of course, I called a company and their tech showed up at 10:00 p.m. and told me the unit needed replaced. He got it running though it didn't last. I called ACE on Monday and Nick showed up on time about 1/2 hour later. He told me the unit didn't need replaced and fixed it, permanently. So I got a wild hair and decided to change the thermostat on our home. Well I didn't shut the power switch to my furnace and after two hours of trying to change the thermostat to the new one and then back to the old one we determined that I broke something. Very good about coming out, carefully examining the problems, and getting the job done! Nick was insightful and very helpful about explaining the options. New furnace was installed quickly, carefully, and well. I would not hesitate to call them again.
we had a very positive experience working with Nick Shelly and ACE. Nick showed me how I could save money by not replacing our furnace, just our AC. I asked him what he would do int my situation and I feel he was honest and stright forward with me. I would feel very comfortabel recomending Nick and ACE to freinds and nieghbors. I had called ACE Saturday night at 9:30pm on a Holiday weekend (Easter) after returning back in town. The AC had gone out and was not cooling. I recieved a call back within 3 minutes and Brad came out and was here in less than 15-minutes. He got right to work, had the AC up and running very quickly and the cost was minimal. I was impressed with there curtesy, promptness and overall care for our problem.... This is a Five Star company!!!!
American Comfort Experts (ACE) recently replaced our AC/heat & all duct work. We obtained several bids from competitors and selected ACE not only because of price but maily because of the time Doug spent talking us through what would be involved with this major expenditure. Just as he commited to, they were on time, considerate of our home by cleaning up after the job and explained everything before leaving.
