MAN WHERE DO I START.. COMMUNICATION WAS ON POINT THEY GOT MY CAR DONE BEFORE THE ACTUAL ESTIMATED DATE THE LAST IN THE FRONT MAN SHE IS AMAZING SHE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY I WAS AN EMOTIONAL WRECK BUT SHE TALKED TO ME LIKE IF SHE KNEW NE FOREVER. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN SO SO SO MUCH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They did a fantastic job on my car. Got into an accident and within the week they were able to get my car into the shop. Took about a month for the repairs to finish, and while the date was pushed back a couple of times it was honestly okay because of how well they continued to communicate with me throughout the entire process, from calling me and checking in or sending a quick text to keep me updated on their progress. They were also able to help me with my car rental process which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.... read more
Great job by this group. We had done a bit of damage to our Motorcoach and called American Coach Works for an estimate. Communication was great through the entire process, timing was good, and the repair work looks like the coach is brand new. Couldn’t be happier.
