I am so happy with the results of my dental work! I was referred to Dr. Schmidt as my case was a bit difficult, and he handled it very well. He was very thorough during the consultation and was very kind and considerate through the whole process. Mary did a great job working with the insurance companies. I have more work to be done, so I will happily return to see Dr. Schmidt and his team!
Dr. Schmidt and his staff are fantastic. I have been seeing him and his hygienist for 10 years and have never had anything but a great experience. Any necessary referrals have also been perfect. Dr. Schmidt is very thoughtful and is very straightforward with his advice and recommendations. Highly recommend his services.
Well, where do I start. I was referred over to Dr Schmidt for a "snap in denture" by a REAL dental professional. I did everything pre-visit that they required ie paperwork, referrals, etc. All this stuff takes my time and I own three companies and am busy as well. I was there on time so as not to waste anyones time. I was examined and we did a , what I thought was a nice consult. I was in with my partner who had a surgical procedure done a few days ago. He was transfer for a fitting and he was accommodated promptly. Your receptionist was cold and dismissive. She never acknowledged me when I came in with my sedated partner and most likely assumed me as, "the help". She welcomed every other client that walked in to your practice but disregard my existence.
