This place is good. Lady in check in was very nice. Need your pu number drivers lic company dot or mc number. And they only let you park here an hr before your appt. It's a small staging area. And shares drive ways with another company. Nice lady inside told me that there is parking across the street. But do not chk in a hr before your appt. They have snacks and restroom inside. Be careful when you load here. They loaded 43000 pounds on me and put it all in the front. When I asked the loader what the weight was he said he didn't know and to check my paperwork. Needless to say I was way over on my drives. Luckily I wasn't going far and there weren't any scales on the way. If it looks like they loaded it wrong, make them change it before you leave. Closest cat scale on my route was 30 miles away. Super fast loading though and the staff were nice.
God be with you if you get drs 1-5 and if there a people back into those doors. It's very tight down there but I was unloaded within 30 minutes or so on a Saturday afternoon. I was very pleased with that.
Awesome customer & service
It's not a bad place at all. A little tight. We just deliver here. always quick. Office lady is kind of worthless. The office guy is ok. Unloaders are always top notch.
