I was having a great day till I got to this facility. This lady at the shipping office is super rude , very mean and totally disrespectful. She treated me badly yet she treated other people of color nicely ! I was confused because I did nothing to her then I realized what was going on . If you are black you not welcome here !!! Sad day .

Apt 7pm, I arrived 6 they loaded me for 6 hours💩
How i got here: 264 west to exit 9 Taylor blvd to left at light onto algonquin pkwy Right onto 7th st. Then right onto industry rd. And went back the same way I came no problem.
Place sucks if you are loading here. Limited parking while you wait hours past your appt time to load. They move slow. They do not care about your time.
