Bad location, very tight an long waiting time
Extremely slow unloading. The process takes way too long for no reason. On top of that, the woman at receiving is very rude and unprofessional. I did not come here to borrow money from her to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. I would strongly recommend retraining her communication and customer service skills.
Worst place to pick and deliver load . Minimum 6 to 7 hours and plz make sure you have a enough fuel in reefer . Stay away this place
Super rude the guy in the front and the lady with the grey hair and the glasses do not come to his facility they are super disrespectful and unprofessional they don’t care about drivers or driver time got here at 1:30 for my appointment and because they screwed up they made me wait till 5 pm do not book loads coming to this facility they will turn a good day to a bad one.
Picked and delivered several time, nice people, they go by appointment. If you early they asked you to go to staging area and than they call you. Over all nice experience all the time.
