While it is a tight facility as long as you pay attention you can easily get into most spaces. They also have a small amount of overnight parking spaces. While i was waiting for my delivery another truck knocked my passanger side mirror off pulling out of his space. The office pulled the security footage for me to confirm the truck and help me get the situation resolved peacefully. Very friendly and fast. I had an 1130 appointment, checked in at 1030, was in a dock by 1100 and finished by 1245.
I was having a great day till I got to this facility. This lady at the shipping office is super rude , very mean and totally disrespectful. She treated me badly yet she treated other people of color nicely ! I was confused because I did nothing to her then I realized what was going on . If you are black you not welcome here !!! Sad day .

How i got here: 264 west to exit 9 Taylor blvd to left at light onto algonquin pkwy Right onto 7th st. Then right onto industry rd. And went back the same way I came no problem.
