The person to whom I spoke was nice, considerate and knowledgable, but his price to buy my gold ($50 under spot for an ounce) was a little steep. However, I was not able to deal with him because if the price of gold is down, he won't buy. He says he can't take the risk. Well, pal, any business is risky. I can't do business with someone who offers to buy but only on a good day and at his choosing, so I took my business elsewhere (and got over spot at Bullion Direct).
I brought a few items to sell and I expect him to offer low and make a profit but to offer 10% of what something is worth? ABSURD!
