More than just a cleaners... – The prices are great and the service is quick and friendly. When a family member passed away recently, I needed my suit hemmed for the wake the following day. They were extremely accomodating and had my suit ready for me the next morning. This is the type of customer service that you wouldnt find at a larger chain. The work is done on-site, so their next day service is very reliable.

If you care about your clothes... – Don't use these clearners. I thought they would be good value, but they ended up ruining a jacket, and not assuming responsibility. Customer Service (by the owner) was rude. They were also unrealiable, I had to come twice to pick up an item, because they had forgotten about it.
