Very organized, on time, and friendly
The technicians were understanding, polite, informative, and knowledgeable. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, provided updates along the way and offered great suggestions/advice regarding our HVAC system maintenance.
So glad I hired American. Steve came with his helper Jake. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Steve did a fantastic job cleaning some ducts that hadn't been clean for some time now. Kept me informed along the way which I appreciated. Did such a good job I don't have to calll them again for years! Thank you Steve and Jake.
Steve and Nick cleaned our dryer vent. They were so professional and thorough. Explained everything they were doing and provided updates throughout their time here.
