From initial contact with Lindsey in your office working with me to get a time for my dryer vent cleaning to service by Dan & Nick the experience was professional and satisfaction was 💯. My dryer area was cleaner when they left! Explanation of the service and condition of the dryer vent was much appreciated.
Dan and Nick did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent. They answered all of my questions and explained everything they were doing. They were very polite and professional. Appreciate that they wore booties too! Lindsay was very pleasant and efficient on the phone scheduling my appointment. I had a great experience with American Clean Air and would not hesitate to call them again and to recommend to others.
Very professional team. Steve, Nick, Dan and Lindsay were outstanding and the job was done efficiently. Steve took the effort to share with me the condition of my AC units and will send their photos for review with our AC Service provider. Its well worth the investment to have your air ducts cleaned.
