Had a great experience with American Clean Air. Steve, Dan and Nick were extremely professional and experts in the field of duct and dryer vent cleaning. I had a unique issue and the team was able to come up with a great solution. Would highly recommend…and will definitely be using them on a regular basis.
I was really impressed with the service I got from American Clean Air. The two technicians (Steve and Dan) who came out arrived within the timeframe I was told, & were very polite and professional. They were respectful of my home and did a through clean up after the job was done. I live in an older house and the dryer is tucked away in an enclosed space which made their job a little more tricky. We recently had our hardwood floors refinished which left our ducts and vents full of sawdust. We've never had a duct cleaning before and didn't know what to expect. The crew, Steve, Dan, and Nick arrived as scheduled and got right to work. The job took about 5 hours, and they were very thorough and made sure everything was as it should be. I hired American Clean Air to clean my dryer vent after getting error codes on my dryer. From first call to my service date, the American Clean Air folks were friendly and helpful. The three techs - Steve, Dan, and Nick, were punctual and did a great job. I felt like they really did a thorough job cleaning the vent as well as cleaning up after their work!
