Wonderful! Top-notch musicianship. Informative, too; the conductor always shares information about the pieces and has the orchestra play excerpts at the start of the concert.
One of the best concerts I've ever attended ,the Pianist was superb ,Beethoven never sounded so good !
What an AMAZING CONCERT! We all loved every bit of it. The rendition of the Haffner was wonderful. We didn't know Mozart's Bassoon Concerto, but really loved it! And they saved the best for last: Petra Somlai on the Fortepiano and the ACO gave a stunning performance of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 4: really out of this world beautiful! Thanks so very much for a memorable evening!
We attended this event. The performance left us breathless. The conductor was a gem, spending time with audience explaining and showing examples of the things we were about to hear. The soloists we outstanding and did the composers justice in the expression of the written note into sound. One of the most enjoyable concert experiences that we have ever been to. We highly reccommend that anyone that can, attend their performances.
