I contacted the company to get a quote on two motorized shades for two windows that were difficult to reach. I also received a quote from another company and advised each company that I was receiving another quote. Even though the quote from American Classic Shutters was $300 more than the other company I signed the contract with them because they came highly recommended. Called this morning about 8:30am. Stated what the problem was. At 1:30pm service technician arrived and fixed problem. Did not know service like this existed any more. Technician was very professional. Highly recommend this company.
