1st off bought a bike. No title. After the sales the sales rep was nowhere to be found, so ended up trying to figure out who the hll to talk too since everyone I asked about it had no idea. Come to find out it was sitting on someone's desk. In the meantime, I had to call multiple places to figure out where the hell it was because they were failing to find it. 2. Worst experience ever, was a s•••show from start to finish. Bought a used bike from them, was told bike was prepped and ready only to end up sitting in hot parking lot for 2 1/2 hours to get it ready. On the way home rear brake FAILED.! Barely made it home, checked the bike out and found: 1/2 quart low on trans oil, 1 1/2 low on motor oil, brake fluid was dangerously low and. Battery ground cable not hooked up.. DON'T buy a bike from them .They give great lip service but don't follow thru.!

Worst Customer Service I ever experienced in my lifetime. We went there to buy 2 bikes. As we were looking at the one (2014 CVO) the 'manager' stated it was just purchased, then 5 minutes later he stated " there is no deposit on it" , its 1st come 1st serve here", in a miserable tone. NO one even asked what we wanted or any attempt to work with us. I asked him if it that bike was negotiable, and again a stern miserable tone, NO, it has 2k in exhaust work, lol like WTH, we just left and will never return.
WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!. I bought a $35 Kuryakyn Accent Vent for my Harley Davidson... it didn't fit, I asked to send back, they asked for a picture... then they told Ebay I had altered the part because I applied double sided tape in a effort to make it stick... and then got my case closed and therefore denied me any return or refund!
