Low-quality materials and poor craftsmanship were employed.
***Update*** - the owner of the company reached out and has made right with many of the issues inside the home. There are still some lingering issues that I hope will be corrected soon. Worst builder I have dealt with. Poor workmanship from their subs, minimal project management so homes are built not to code and then when these errors show themselves they don't hold up thier warranty. Look at the photos, this scream quality with drywall. Over mudded, not sanded, no primer, just terrible. Next look how they built the sink. G... read more
Big lots. Heavy traffic in terms of interest.
Worst construction company in the Seattle area. The contractors this company partners with are horrible too. No work ethic, they don’t even return your calls. Extremely bad customer service once you sign the home.
