I was in my first auto accident in May and my car was towed to ACAR. From the very first day Karen let me know what was happening and went above and beyond the call of duty. She was so informative and caring and I appreciated all of her hard work in working with my insurance company. The people that did the body work were outstanding, too. My car looked beautiful and I could not be more happy with the outcome. This business is what all businesses should be--professional and caring.

In December of 2011 I had a collision with a deer and the deer won! He managed to do close to $3000,00 dollars worth of damage to a 2011 Chevy Cruz that I had just purchased in November of 2011. ACAR is totally professional and highly skilled. They deliver what they promsie, and always at a fair price. They have performed major body work on my classic car and also have provided routine maintenance and upkeep. They are fast, efficient, professional and reasonable. There are none better in my opinion, and I give them my highest personal recommendation.

My trusted Ins agent first recommended you. Let me echo his vote and say I'm a believer. We actually got a better looking car back than we had before that *** deer ran into my wife's car. No issues with the Ins Co, trusted your estimate, and cut the check. Your attention to detail is true professional. The clean up and final detailing (including that foggy headlight lens) was the icing on the cake. I know who to recommend in the future. Thanks for a great experience. Mark F

I have been to Body shops from Mechanicsville Va , Glen Allen to South Richmond and even Powhatan but none have been as accomodating as Karen and Bo Sowers here in Louisa at American Classic to get my paint straighten out and my pen stripes from dings , parking lot bangs and too many animal accidents and the insurance was going to eat m up elsewhere.
