I have had the worst experience with ACM. Their communication sucks. It is so hard to get in touch with anyone. One of their insures caused an accident and on 9/18.. They total losses my car and I still have not receive payment on top of that they do not provide a rental, which is costing me money everyday. I feel like I need to get a lawyer involved, because this company is horrible. This email is being sent out do to the intentionally of withholding the process of closure with this claim that was dated back in 2020. Vail Resorts and ACM is a total joke. I have been calling once a week since February to find a status on my claim. Every-time I call in, a customer service rep says they have escalated my claim and someone will call you or email you back. Guess what? every week no one has emailed or called me back about my claim. I have two claims adjusters emails, they will not respond, My wife was diagnosed with cancer and we all were not able to use our passes and we are all subject to a refund. I got INJURED skiing, this is not even a covid issue. It clearly states I am covered due to injury and I have submitted a claim and the medical form they told me to provide from the doctor and I STILL cannot get in touch with my claims adjuster Evan Jones has a full mailbox saying to call customer service because he is not doing his job. What a terrible claims management company - I have never experienced anything like it. We had to cancel out Tahoe ski trip (from the UK) because it's illegal to leave the country for leisure. All the companies we had booked with, including a small accommodation rental company in Tahoe refunded our money within 5 days even where they were no obliged to under contract. It's unfortunate that so many people are having issues with trying to get a refund on a ski pass due to COVID stay at home orders. In my denial letter it states, "Epic Coverage provides a refund in the event that you are unable to use your pass due to a mandatory stay -at- home order covering your place of primary residence that is in place for more than 30 days."
