I will start by saying I cannot attest to their services. But I'd reached out to them by their contact us option on their website and didn't hear from anyone fore over a week. When I finally called them, the woman was rushing me off the line. I asked her when she had available to sweep my chimney and I was surprised to find she could sweep it in the next week or 2, they I asked the price and it was $100 more than the quotes I'd been receiving. Joey did a really nice job for us today! He cleaned and inspected our fireplace, then explained very clearly the steps we need to take to make our fireplace operable again.
Elliott did a fantastic good cleaning our chimney. He was friendly, respectful and informative, great all around. Would recommend Elliott and American Chimney.
