I would have given them 0 star if I can. This company is a fraud. I went to pickup a load and they told me to back to Door 1. To back up to this door, you need to make u-turn which I did. The shipping clerk later told me that I should’ve gone to the back of the building to turn and I told him I didn’t know there was space at the back. He apologized that they should have put a sign. The next day they call the broker (ARL Logistics) to deduct $275 from my payment. Guys, beware.
