This is a wholesale businesses to business sales company that provides products to mortuary, cemetery and funeral homes.
Ordered over phone a small replacement roller. Was told the total was $27.50 so I gave them my card number and paid. No invoice was sent so I looked at my bank statement and the total charge showed $57.37. I then emailed requesting the invoice and seen they put a freight charge of $29.87. I would’ve never ordered for that price plus the roller came had a missing spring. I emailed back asking about the freight charge and still no response. Please be careful.
