I requested an estimate from Jeff Streeting, the sales manager. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment, which occurred on April 14th. I was promised an estimate within 2 weeks. Jeff repeatedly did not respond to emails or return phone calls. When he did respond, he gave a new date for getting an estimate, which he then missed. On May 28th, I finally got a response saying they would not be producing an estimate. Avoid wasting your time with them.
good quality products. There is still draft coming through the newly installed door. This is surprising given this is a new door. Installation is some issue, so be sure to check it yourself carfully. Part of my wood floor at the edge of the door got broken during the installation. I found it out myself and had to ask them to cover it before they left. We had 10 windows in a rancher to be replaced. After interviewing multiple firms, we settled on ACM for our replacement project. Best home improvement decision we have made, as the workmanship of the crew equaled the quality of the windows. Highly recommend.
