Jorge came today and did a FANTASTIC job on our carpets. They look brand new (in spite of the efforts of my two sassy sausage dogs!). Carmen and Heather, the two office people with whom I scheduled and confirmed, were professional and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company based on today's experience and plan to use them again.

Gave us a 3 hour block of time. We called after 2 hours of the block, dispatcher said that we were on schedule, and had heard of no reason why they should not be here on time. Did not show up within 3 hour block-did not call or text to notify. Called dispatch again, and they did not know why tech had not showed up. Too late, and not service we would recommend. Three hour blocks should be sufficient.
Loved there quality of service's. I liked that they went over my regular traffic with no issues or concerns. And there prices are reasonable compared to Stanley Steamers. No more rug "doctors" neither. Lol. I'm now a Carpet Cleaners customer as long they stay in business
